I have been a residential real estate investor for over 8 years. Now my expertise is being used to find quality properties for my clients, homeowners and investors alike. Selecting a good property can be tough, my clients and I always talk about their goals before beginning our search. Whether it is a personal home or an investment property, your 1year, 5 year and 10+ year goals will determine how you buy your property. It's important that you have an idea of what you want your property to do for you at the end of the day.

Prior to being a Realtor I worked in the legal system for 12 years. This experience has given me a fabulous foundation for the ins and outs of Real Estate contracts and disclosures. The toughest part of a contract is making sure that your wants, needs and desires are clearly communicated for anyone who would read it. This may seem an easy feat, but interpretation of the English language is vast and broad.

My Education:

I graduated Cum Laude from C.S.U. with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology.
